We have designed a customizable knee pad that utilizes GyFoam method to provide excellent cushioning performance and comfort. This knee pad is particularly suitable for athletes and people who need to work in kneeling positions for extended periods. By adjusting the parameters of the Gyroid structure, we can achieve different levels of hardness and support in different areas of the knee pad to meet various user needs. For example, we provide more cushioning in the central knee area while offering better support around the edges. Furthermore, our method creates three-dimensional shapes through deformation, allowing the knee pad to conform to complex body contours and provide a personalized wearing experience. This approach is not only applicable to sports protective gear but also to industrial protective equipment, offering users a more comfortable and healthier wearing experience.
