We have developed an innovative gradient-stiffness pillow. Using the entry-level desktop 3D printer Bamboo A1 mini to create the mold, combined with GyFoam technology, we successfully expanded a 12cm mold into a 30cm-long standard single pillow. In the product design, we cleverly incorporated gradient stiffness structures on both sides of the pillow. This unique design allows users to personalize their sleep experience by choosing either the firmer side for better head support or the softer side for a more comfortable, enveloping feel, based on their personal preferences.
